Swayam Saarthi is a social enterprise initiative based in Vadodara, Gujarat. We connect first-time entrepreneurs and small businesses (“Swayam”) with mentors (“Saarthi”) and supporting organizations, and we help people find and hire skilled entrepreneurs for real work.
Swayam Saarthi is not currently registered as a formal legal entity (Trust, Society, or Section 8 company). We operate as an initiative under this name, and these terms describe how our website and services work regardless of that status.
Swayam Saarthi is a connector, not an employer, contractor, or guarantor.
If a dispute arises between a Hirer and a Swayam about the work carried out, that dispute is between those two parties. We’re happy to help where we reasonably can, but we are not responsible for resolving it and accept no liability for it.
